Here's important information regarding our first meet:
- Boys' High Jump starting height is 5' 6"
- Boys' Pole Vault starting height is 10' 0"
- Scoring will be to 8 places: 10, 8, 6, 5, 4, 3, 2, 1
- Team plaques will be awarded for A.L. Invite Champions and Runners-Up
- T-shirts will NOT be available at concessions; rather, orders will be done online: https://bsnteamsports.com/shop/ALTRINV22
- All non-participating athletes are encouraged to help run the meet (namely, to help with hurdle crew). Please see Coach Rocco at practice with any questions regarding volunteering Saturday!
- Dress for the weather! Multiple layers, compression shirts/shorts, hats, gloves, and proper warming up is crucial Saturday! Since it's our home meet, you can hang out in the locker room and stay warm!
- Just a reminder that athletes should wear BLACK compressions shirts/shorts if you are going to wear any garments under your uniforms.
