ATHLETES:

Finally, SWC Week is a special week. SWC Week is about the team--what you can do to help your team, what sacrifices need to be made for the team. Ultimately, it's about how many points we can get out of every single athlete we've got on the team. After SWCs, it's all about YOU, the individual athlete. But SWC's is about AVON LAKE. It's the collective responsibility we have for each other and how we can help each other perform on our biggest stage as an Avon Lake team.

While Track & Field can be an individual sport, this week is different. Cheering on your teammates, staying for the entire meet, and supporting teammates in events you don't participate in are what it's all about. This is the week where we celebrate our team and we show appreciation for our teammates.
